User Account and Eligibility
To use Kiliride, you must create an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. By registering, you affirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Ride Booking and Payment
Kiliride offers a platform to connect you with transportation services provided by independent driver-partners. You may request rides through our app, and the availability of drivers is subject to demand and other factors. Kiliride may use dynamic pricing, which can result in varying fares based on factors like demand and traffic conditions. You will be notified of any surge pricing before confirming your ride request. Payment for rides can be made through the Kiliride app using accepted payment methods.
Driver-Partner Service
Kiliride acts as an intermediary, connecting you with independent driver-partners who provide transportation services. Driver-partners are not employees of Kiliride but operate as independent contractors. While Kiliride performs background checks on driver-partners, you acknowledge and agree that Kiliride is not liable for the actions, behavior, or quality of service provided by driver-partners.
Fleet Owner Services
If you are a fleet owner partnering with Kiliride, additional terms may apply to your business arrangement. Please refer to the Fleet Owner Agreement for specific terms governing the use of Kiliride's platform for fleet services.
Store and Restaurant Partners
For store and restaurant partners utilizing the Kiliride platform, specific terms may apply to your partnership. Please refer to the Store and Restaurant Partner Agreement for details on the use of Kiliride's platform for delivery services.
Influencers collaborating with Kiliride to promote our platform may have an additional agreement in place. Please refer to the Influencer Agreement for terms governing influencer partnerships and promotions.
